Senior Lead Nurse RGN / RMN Opportunity - Cumbria
Excellent salary of up to £35,000 p.a.
Flame Care have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Lead Nurse who is RGN or RMN qualified. This is to work for a reputable care organisation and in the Cockermouth area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose built care home that caters for nursing care, short-term respite care, emergency admissions and for dementia care.
As a Senior Lead Nurse (Senior Staff Nurse) you will be responsible for managing the assessment, implementation and evaluation of individual resident care plans while promoting a professional working environment to ensure a high standard of care. You will also be deputising in the absence of the Unit Manager and their Deputy, to manage the staffing and clinical needs as required.
The successful candidate: 

• Must be Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN)
• Must Have a valid NMC Pin Number
• Sound clinical and management knowledge
• Able to demonstrate leadership and commitment to supporting and developing your staff team to maximize quality involvement with our residents, showing a holistic approach to care
• Must be hands-on

You would be working the following hours: 38.5 – 42 hours per week - part-time or full-time hours are available. Working 12 hour shifts (8 – 8), 3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next week - plus every other weekend.
