Regional Manager Opportunity - London and Hertfordshire
Flame Care are currently recruiting for this excellent role - to work for one of the country's leading independent providers of support for people with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, mental health issues and challenging behaviours.
Fantastic salary of up to £45,000 p.a.
In this role, you will oversee thirteen services across London and Hertfordshire. You will be responsible for providing support to Home Managers to enable them to achieve maximum performance against required standards, business objectives and growth targets. You will ensure an excellent level of quality care is delivered across the regions.
Ideal candidate:

• NVQ Level 4 and above
• Registered Managers Award/Leadership and Management Award
• Experience in a similar senior level or regional manager role is essential
• Previous experience of working / managing mental health/learning disabilities / challenging behaviour homes, as well as supported living models
• Multisite management experience is essential
