Flame Care have some rare and exciting opportunities for Occupational Health Nurses to join a leading supermarket established teams across the country.
In these roles, you will help in supporting the HR function in absence management and expedite healthy returns to work for internal colleagues across the business. You will be responsible for maintaining a sickness absence case load and providing advice and guidance to management to improve the understanding between the interface of work and health.
The successful applicant will have a qualification in general nursing and demonstrable experience of occupational health practice. An understanding of business processes and related health matters is integral to this role, combined with an appreciation of the potential biological and health-related threats to a complex, national food retailing organisation.
