Regional CRM Operations Manager Opportunity – Nottingham

Flame Executive are pleased to currently be working with a leading Veterinary business who, due to expansion and growth within their business, are looking for a Regional CRM Operations Manager to be based within their Nottingham regional office.
As part of this role, you will:

• Manage day to day business relationship operations
• Produce and publish relationship management reporting for strategic and operational purpose
• Lead on CRM data quality assurance exercises
• Lead on regular business process improvement
• Supervise and maintain the installation, configuration and optimisation of the CRM system
• Assist end user to use CRM through best practice
• Help develop training materials for regional use

You will also be involved with business needs analysis and system optimisation, CRM system management, personnel development and finance.
