Independent Review Launched To Improve Training And Support For Care Workers
The Government have launched an independent review, which will be led by Times journalist Camilla Cavendish, to look into the best ways to raise training standards for care workers.
The review is due to report its findings at the end of May.
It is hoped that improvments suggested will help healthcare assistants to progress in their careers, as well as benefit service users, staff and employers.
The review aims to ensure that the best quality of care can be provided for patients, but what are your experiences of the care industry?
If you are a care worker, do you welcome this news?
