Cosmetic Lead Nurse Opportunity – London. Market Leader specialising in Skincare & Laser Treatments

As a Lead Nurse, you will be working with some of the most highly skilled Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons and Registered Nurses in the country. Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you will provide a full and holistic approach to care and treatment whilst ensuring adherence to company policy, practises and protocols. You will be working within a challenging sales/target driven environment to support the development of the clinic by maximising productivity and achieving financial targets, particularly maximising cross selling and product promotion. You will be heavily involved in aesthetic treatments providing Laser hair removal, chemical peels, Botox etc. You will be responsible in completing regular audits and mentoring other staff members as part of your role as a lead nurse.
You must be a qualified Nurse registered with the NMC. An exposure to the Beauty/Health sector would be an advantage but is not essential. A successful track record in sales would be advantageous but is not essential.
