Dental Business Area Manager Opportunity in South Yorkshire & the East Midlands Salary up to £25k

The position will be to oversee and guide the practice managers at each practice, reporting back to the directors on a weekly basis, providing financial reporting. They will also be involved in the acquisition process when new practices are added. Candidates will ideally have previous multi-site management experience either within Dental or a similar environment, with experience in financial reporting, managing budgets, recruitment and staff retention. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an up and coming company, as the role has capacity for growth and expansion, with new practice acquisitions anticipated. The ideal individual will need to be a self-starter and act as a human dynamo to the group. They need to treat this business as their own and take on the full responsibility of it's success.
