We are looking for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner looking for a full-time or part-time role with flexible working hours to join our client in the South Shields area.
Our Client is revolutionising in the delivery of primary care in the South Shields community and we have a rare opportunity for an experienced Advance Nurse Practitioner. You will work in a fast-paced and challenging environment with an opportunity to develop new skills through ongoing professional development and clinical mentoring whilst working with a supportive and professional team with on-going clinical support.
Our Client are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to provide a high quality service to their patients within South Shields.
Our client has on offer an excellent salary of £40,000 - £50,000 and employment benefits, including NHS pension. Emphasis on role progression and personal development plus giving you the chance to have a tangible say in practice decisions and service development! You will have access to a multidisciplinary nursing team with excellent administrative and management support, while continuing to achieve high QOF targets.
You must hold a Nurse practitioner qualification with at least two years’ experience at this level, hold a non-medical prescribing qualification and have experience in chronic disease management, first contact and telephone triage.
There is full-time and part time positions available.
