Flame Health Optical Sales are seeking a Clinical Services Manager in the East Sussex area, for a leading provider of contact lens technology. The role is to assist the Professional Services Manager in providing clinical support both within the business and to their customers.
The company ensures that all staff members have product and general training suitable to the job role they perform. The Clinical Support Manager will therefore prepare the content for this training and will deliver it to the sales team on an ongoing basis through PowerPoint presentations for a range of lectures as specified by the Professional Services Manager. The chosen candidate will also provide technical Support to customers when needed.
This is an employed position, 5 full days per week based at the company’s Head Office in East Sussex, as well as travelling to training events. A competitive salary package, company car and associated benefits are on offer for the right person.
The ideal candidate will be a UK registered Contact Lens Optician with a passion for contact lenses and have excellent communication skills. Experience fitting specialist contact lenses is an advantage, but not essential. They are looking for someone with enthusiasm to learn rather than someone who has experience in all areas of the job role, this is an ideal role to develop your skills.
