Flame Care are currently working on a new and exclusive opportunity for a Care Quality Advisor within the children's and education sector.
Care Quality Advisor Opportunity - Education - UK Wide
Salary up to £65,000 p.a. + extras
To be considered for the brilliant opportunity, you must be a professional Registered Manager with a proven track record, who has led children’s homes to achieve outstanding ratings with Ofsted. The successful candidate will monitor and support all of the current Registered Managers in all of the Children’s Homes across the UK.
 You will work in partnership with the Quality Manager for the Education services as a small team, analysing data and draw conclusions which guides the team in the improvement process.
Candidates will need:

• A Management qualification within the Children’s sector
• Knowledge of the Children Act 1989, Care Standards Act 2000 Children’s Home Regulations and Safeguarding children procedures
• Good knowledge of Ofsted regulations
• Previous children’s home management experience

This post involves extensive national travel – car driver is essential.
