Flame Care have a fantastic opportunity in the Blackburn area for a Deputy Nurse Manager within a growing care home chain. This home provides residents with needs associated with nursing and dementia.
As the Deputy Manager, you will take full responsibility for the home during the absence of the Home Manager. You will also be responsible for the daily nursing service at the home and also managing and supporting the Care Assistant Team.
A hands-on Deputy Manager is a essential for this home.
Qualified RMA/RNLD preferable or experienced RGN with experience of working in the Private sector.
Full time hours based on a flexible rota 8am-8pm, working opposite another nurse - average to 38.5 hours per week.
