Flame Health Dentistry have an exciting new opportunity available for a Dental Practice Manager based in the South-West Manchester / Cheshire area. This is an independently owned mixed dental practice which specialises in Orthodontic dentistry.
The role will involve managing a large team of 20 members of staff, measuring performance and productivity and producing weekly statistics; creating marketing campaigns every six months as well as correlating all marketing including the website, dental referral system, e-marketing and in-house marketing; growing the private income of the practice and meeting new patient targets; monitoring the NHS contract.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have the ability to motivate others and represent the practice by hosting events. As well as this you will be punctual, honest and reliable.
A strong marketing background is important for this role, an example of which will be requested upon interview.
