Refractive Optometrist Opportunity in Knightsbridge, London
Are you an experienced Refractive Optometrist looking to join a world-renowned eye clinic in one of London’s most prestigious locations? Currently seeking a talented Optometrist to bring their expertise in refractive surgery, eye exams, and patient care to a state-of-the-art clinic. The clinic, located in the heart of Knightsbridge, specializes in treating myopia, presbyopia, hyperopia, and cataracts. There mission is to provide patients with freedom from glasses, contact lenses, and reading aids, through advanced eye care solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess patient suitability for laser surgery, cataract treatments, and lens implants (RLEs, ICLs)

Provide pre- and post-operative care and consultations

Perform diagnostic scanning and assist in training staff

Manage complex cases and co-manage patients with surgeons, optometrists, and nurses

Answer patient queries, write reports, and analyze diagnostic data

Participate in continuous training to expand skills in refractive surgery
Skills and Requirements

Optometrist degree and valid GOC registration

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in refractive surgery

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care

Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment

Strong problem-solving abilities and team-oriented mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email, and basic database applications
