Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Private Dentist to join our well-established independent dental client in Evesham. This opportunity has arisen due to the departure of one of their valued team members.

The successful candidate will inherit a thriving patient base and enjoy a supportive and well-equipped environment to excel in their role.
 

Key Details:
  • Focus: General basic dentistry (e.g., checkups, scale and polish, fillings) with opportunities to provide more complex treatments.
  • Patient Base: Inherits an existing list of patients alongside new patient opportunities.
  • Earnings: £100K – £120k per annum based on working 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday ideal.
  • Private to NHS Ratio: 95% Private / 5% NHS. The small NHS contract focuses on children only. An NHS performer number is advantageous but not essential.
  • Software & Equipment: Dentally practice management software, Digital Scanners, and CT Scanners available.
  • Support Team: Includes Treatment Coordinators to assist with patient care.
Terms:
  • 45% share on all private treatments.
  • £13 per UDA (no NHS targets).
  • Lab and Patient Finance Expenses shared 50/50.
Working Hours:
  • Monday – Thursday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Friday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
  • Weekends: Closed
