Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Deliver exceptional service to our loyal patient base, ensuring a friendly, informative, and empathetic approach.
• Dispensing: Ability to provide some expert advice on frame and lens selection, focusing on patient needs and preferences.
• Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to improve our service offering and introduce innovative practices.
• Brand Ambassador: Promote the benefits of independent eye care within the local community and uphold our practice’s reputation.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to drive forward our commitment to patient-first care and clinical excellence.

About You:

• Professional Expertise: You must have a demonstrable track record of achievement in an optical role, with strong commercial awareness, an eye for detail and ideally some dispensing experience.
• Optical Fashion Enthusiast: A significant interest in optical fashion trends and up-to-date knowledge of the latest clinical advancements is essential.
• Patient-Focused: A dedication to putting patients first, spending the necessary time to address their visual needs comprehensively.
• Community Engagement: Ability to educate others about the benefits of independent eye care and actively engage with the local community.
