Practice Manager Opportunity – Bournemouth

Are you a dynamic and passionate individual looking to step up as a Practice Manager in a well-established, independent optician? We’re recruiting for a vibrant practice in Bournemouth and we want YOU to join our dedicated team!

The Role:

• Clinic management: overseeing daily operations & supporting the optometrist team
• Putting together staff training plans & conducting one-on-one development sessions
• Handling frame buying, stock taking, and maintaining the latest trends in eyewear
• Reporting on Health & Safety protocols and ensuring compliance
• Troubleshooting day-to-day issues, ensuring smooth operations
• Dispensing and assisting with customer needs for an exceptional service

With a team of 5 highly trained professionals and an Audiology clinic running once a week, you’ll have the chance to manage a close-knit team and contribute to the success of this thriving practice.

Salary & Benefits:

• £28k-£36k based on qualifications (higher salary for DO-qualified candidates)
