Flame Health Optometry are working with a reputable Independent Optical company who are seeking an Optical Practice Manager (DO qualified) to join them in their practice in the Bedfordshire area.
As a Practice Manager you will be responsible for the running of the store whilst working within a fully comprehensive management role, including supervising staff, driving business growth, ensuring the smooth running and profit of the practice.
Our client takes pride in offering a caring and professional service to all their patients and you will of course be working within an up to date practice which has well run clinics
The successful candidate should be both technically and commercially aware with good managerial skills in order to drive an efficient and effective branch.
You will need to be a fully qualified Dispensing Optician to be considered for this role
