Flame Health Pharmacy are recruiting for a Pharmacist in the Essex area, for a well established Independent pharmacy

This independent pharmacy is always looking to deliver the best service possible for customers and encourage new ideas to be brought forward and be implemented by the staff 

As the Pharmacist in the business you will encouraged to take part in and  provide regular training to make sure that your colleagues know their products and of course understand legal requirements whilst having the full support of the director 
This role also has the opportunity to work with the current online pharmacy business working alongside the branch which supports care homes in the area. 

About you:

• You must have current experience of working in a community pharmacy.
• Have  the ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service.
• Ideally have experience of leading a team (but not essential)
• Experience of coaching and developing people.
• Delivering everyday pharmacy services to your patients 
• Happy to work independently as well as part of a team
