Flame Health Pharmacy are recruiting for a Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager in the South East London area, for a well established family run Independent pharmacy

The Pharmacists go beyond just great management skills here they are looking for someone who can bring commercial awareness and leadership to their pharmacy, inspiring every person who works there to exceed targets and deliver an exceptional service.
This independent pharmacy is always looking to deliver the best service possible for customers and encourage new ideas to be brought forward and be implemented by the staff

As a senior person in the business you will encouraged to take part in and provide regular training to make sure that your colleagues know their products and of course understand legal requirements.
This role also has the opportunity to work with the current online pharmacy business working alongside the branch which support care homes in the area.

About you:

You must have experience of working in a community pharmacy.
Have the ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service.
Ideally have experience of leading a team (but not essential)
Experience of coaching and developing people.
Delivering everyday pharmacy services to your patients
Happy to work independently as well as part of a team
