Flame Health’s Optometry division are pleased to be working with a leading independent Opticians who have been established and providing the highest level of clinical care for over 100 years. 

This Optical business is going from strength to strength and is now needing more support, so they are looking for a new Optometrist to join their very well established and award winning practice based teams in Norfolk.

 You would be joining a business which offers the full range of Optometric services and also works with the highest level of equipment from all manufacturers including Topcon. They pride themselves on providing the highest level of patient care and have been national finalists within this category. 

The role will involve working across the three practices that they have in Norfolk all of which are within forty minutes of Head Office. Travel between the practices will be covered in the package available and you will be expected to work with the teams at all three practices to help them deliver the type of service they have become synonymous with. The practice teams are all well established and you will benefit from working in a modern and vibrant environment with up to date equipment including the Topcon Triton. 

We are looking for an Optometrist who is looking for a new role where they can invest in their future by working with the practice teams and management team to drive the business forward. You will be well rewarded with a leading package, including your fee’s being paid for and a bonus package which rewards practice performance, alongside the benefit of knowing that you will be working for a well respected and established independent practice. 

• working 5/7 may include Saturdays and Sundays
• 845-530 although some practices close at 5
• working across all three practices
• OCT experience 
• Professionals fees (GOC and college of optometry)
• up to £65k
