Job Overview

Flame Health is supporting a well-established optical practice in Oban, Argyll & Bute, recruiting a Full-Time Optometrist to join a large, experienced clinical team. This opportunity offers strong career development, modern diagnostic equipment, and the option to work across Oban and a new Fort William practice as it opens.

The role is suitable for both newly qualified and experienced Optometrists, with structured clinical support and long-term progression available.

Qualified and GOC-registered Optometrist
Confident and clinically competent

Candidate Requirements

Qualified and GOC-registered Optometrist
Independent Prescribing qualification desirable, but not essential
Confident, patient-focused, and clinically competent
Strong work ethic with a positive team-based approach
Motivated, supportive, and committed to high clinical standards
