Flame Health Optometry have been instructed to recruit an Optometrist for a well-established independent optical group in Leominster, Herefordshire. This is a permanent onsite position, offered full-time or part-time, with a salary of £45,000 to £50,000 per annum, plus a generous bonus structure and benefits. It will suit a GOC-registered Optometrist who values clinical autonomy, strong patient care, and the opportunity to work in a supportive independent setting.
The role centres on delivering high-quality clinical care while spending proper time with patients, supported by a well-trained retail and clinical team. You will work within a fully computerised practice environment and have access to a dedicated Professional Services Team, with support for MECS, PEARS, diabetic screening and IOP refinement.
The position also includes ongoing CPD support, annual training and e-learning, alongside clear career progression opportunities. This is a role for someone who wants to practise with confidence and contribute to a service that places patient outcomes and professional standards at the forefront.
