Domiciliary Optometrist Job Yorkshire
Optometry Jobs Yorkshire
  • Covering areas in Yorkshire – Bradford, Doncaster, Harrogate and others 
  • Great flexibility No evenings or weekends 
  • Around 15 patients per day
  • Pre booked appointments 
  • Monday to Friday
  • Driver and car required
  • Hours 9.00am to 5.30pm
  • Mileage Paid 
  • Part and full time considered 
Flame Health are recruiting for a Domiciliary Optometrist to join our client who are a high quality Independent with multiple practices locally, to go out and test within the Yorkshire community.

The role:

  • As a Domiciliary Optometrist, your role is central in building this great patient experience as the patient journey starts and finishes with you. 
  • Understanding patients needs and delivering the highest quality eye examinations to achieve the optimal outcome for patients.
  • Helping the director in the optical training of the retail team.
  • Guaranteeing technical excellence & the quality of patient care.
Personal requirements:
  • Fully qualified to practice in the respective area of the position.
  • Excited to work in a home from home  environment.
  • Ability to make patients at ease knowing they are receiving the best quality eye examination, with thorough health checks.
  • Being able to build an excelled patient rapport to encourage them to give repeat business for future examinations, as well as recommending to friends and family.
  • Highly motivated and able to adapt to changing environments, whist maintaining exceptional patient care.
  • Being a true team player.
  • Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

    You must be a qualified Optometrist registered with the GOC
