Flame Health Optometry have been instructed to recruit an Optometrist for our client in Ashford. This permanent, onsite position offers a salary of up to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and accreditations, plus a bonus scheme of up to £10,000. It will suit a qualified, GOC registered clinician who values patient outcomes, flexibility, and proper clinical development.

There is structured development for IP, Medical Retina and Glaucoma qualifications, as well as leadership pathways such as ILM.
