£35,000 depending on experience
Nottingham City Centre
40 hours per week
No Sundays
5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays and 1 day for your birthday each year
GOC and professional indemnity fee's paid

Flame Health’s Optometry division have an exciting opportunity for an Optical Practice Manager to join an innovative, award winning and growing independent company with branches across the UK. The company in question prides itself on delivering outstanding eye care and providing their patients with the best solutions to see the world clearly.

As an Optical Practice Manager you will be expected to coach, mentor and develop practice team, to be an ambassador for the company's vision and values and ensure that the client journey is being delivered consistently, ensuring the ECC's receive obsessively great service. Therefore driving performance to achieve budget.

Responsibilities:

Coach, mentor, train and develop your team - Provide regular constructive feedback and review meetings and managing performance.
Ensure that the practice is adhering and achieving to all operational standards set, including smart booking and diary management.
To manage all aspects of practice rota’s ensuring that there is sufficient cover available and all holiday requests actioned within 7 days. Work with other practice managers in area to maintain adequate cover across the area.
Understanding of the MI to maintain areas of the budget and ensure that all areas are within spend and stock control is tightly managed.
