Flame Health’s Optical Division is recruiting for an experienced Dispensing Optician or Optical Practice Manager to join a respected independent optical practice in the South East London area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated optical professional to take on a leadership role within a well-established and community-focused practice known for delivering high standards of patient care and personalised service. The practice has built a strong local reputation through its professional approach, clinical standards and long-standing patient relationships.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring smooth operational performance while supporting a positive and efficient working environment. You will lead and develop the team, manage workflow and patient journeys, and help maintain consistently high standards across both customer service and compliance.

This role would suit someone with previous experience within optical management or a senior optical position who is confident leading teams and driving practice performance.
