Flame Health Optometry are recruiting for an experienced Practice Manager who is being sought in the Corby area to join a High-end Independent practice.

The company has a proven track record in looking after its patients and makes them feel comfortable. The most important thing to them is the health of the patient eyes and they also understand that looking and feeling good with your eyewear is vital

As a Practice Manager, you will be passionate to deliver outstanding patient care, combined with sound dispensing advice and product recommendations that best suit individual customer needs. Alongside this, you will assist the Store Director in the management of store operations in order to achieve excellent customer service, financial goals and business objectives.

In addition to the high quality surroundings my client's aim is to provide both their store staff and their customers with an excellent overall environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all patients  are dealt with efficiently and effectively
• Understand and motivate store staff to get results
• Create a culture of 'Customer First' in store
• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Training skills
• Experience in inventory control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well with a diverse team

You must have prior or current experience in the optical industry as a supervisor or manager
