We have just been instructed on a fantastic new opportunity for a dual site Optical Practice Manager based within East London.

Our client is a well established, expanding Independent Group that provides premium eye care solutions, through a bespoke personal service. 

Main responsibilities 

• Working across 2 sites close by within East London 
• Getting hands on with dispensing duties and be the sole dispenser for the practice 
• Organising and planning development of the practice and staff
• Ensure smooth running of the practice
• Achieve branch targets
• Manage senior & junior members of staff
• Assist with client frame selection
• Adhere to KPI's and help to grow the business
