Flame Health Optometry are working with a reputable Independent Optical Practice who are seeking an Assistant Optical Practice Manager to join them in their practice based in the County Durham area.
As an Assistant Practice Manager you will be responsible supporting the Practice Manager in the running of this high achieving and popular practice whilst working within a fully comprehensive management role, including supervising staff, driving business growth and ensuring the continued smooth running and profit of the practice.

The successful candidate should be both technically and commercially aware with good optical managerial skills in order to drive an efficient and effective branch.
