Flame Health Optometry is currently looking to recruit an Optical Dispensing Manager to join this well-established, family friendly, independent Opticians, in the Sheffield area.

You will manage dispensing acriss 3x practices and be responsible for managing the performance and implementing KPI’s together with imporoving process and efficiencies in each practice.
You will also be responsible for improving marketing and customer engagement and ensure that each customer receives a first-class eye examination, overall experience and aftercare.
