An independent optical practice in Poole is seeking a full-time Optical Advisor, with a salary of £25,000–£26,000 plus an annual bonus.

As an Optical Advisor, you will welcome and assist patients throughout their visit, taking time to understand their needs and preferences. You will advise on frames, lenses and other optical products, and provide a personalised, professional dispensing experience.
You will work alongside the wider practice team, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and helping to maintain high customer service standards. Building lasting relationships with patients is an important part of the role.
