Position: Optical Advisor or Qualified Dispensing Optician
Location: North West London
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:30am – 6:00pm
Working Pattern: No Sundays or Bank Holiday working
Salary: £30,000–£45,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role

This is a hands-on position where you will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the practice, supporting patients throughout their optical journey while working closely with an experienced and collaborative team.

Unlike many high street environments, there are no KPI-driven targets or hard-selling expectations. Instead, the focus is on delivering exceptional service, building lasting patient relationships and maintaining the highest professional standards.

The practice also offers specialist clinical services, including Dry Eye Management and Myopia Management, providing an engaging and varied working environment.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience within an optical practice is essential
Qualified Dispensing Optician or experienced Optical Advisor welcome to apply
Friendly, professional and patient-focused approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
