A new and rare role has become available with a Bespoke Private Independent practice based in Lincoln for an experienced Optical Advisor .
Based in Lincoln, this award-winning client, is one of the most prestigious independent private optical practices in the area and they are currently looking for an Optical Advisor to join their team

As you would expect from a company of this standing, you will be working with the latest technology together with an impressive range of frames and a diverse range of lenses, it will be expected that you will be knowledgeable and remain up to date with the latest designs and dispensing techniques.
You will be part of a team helping run Myopia management, Dry eye and Glaucoma clinics, all with the help of the most up to date and best equipment
Your main responsibilities will be to work as part of a successful small team, ensuring that you perform to the best of your ability and have outstanding front of house customer skills. This will mean providing a very high level of customer service at all times to every patient.
You will help with pre screening and be able to easily build rapport with new customers, helping and advising them on products and optical services
It is important that you have excellent communication skills both over the phone and face to face and have previous optical experience
