The Role

As an Optical Advisor, you will be a key part of the front-of-house team, supporting patients throughout their journey and ensuring a high standard of service at every touchpoint.

You will be involved in dispensing, frame styling, customer care, and day-to-day practice support, helping to maintain the practice’s reputation for excellent patient experience.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in an optical or customer-facing role preferred
Passion for delivering outstanding customer care
Confident communicator with a friendly and professional approach
Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated
Willingness to learn and develop within an optical environment
