Flame Health is recruiting for an ambitious and self-motivated Optical Advisor/Supervisor to join our respected client’s store in North London.

The Role

As an Optical Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding patient journey. Responsibilities include:

• Meeting and greeting customers and patients in a professional, welcoming manner
• Conducting pre-screening tests using modern diagnostic equipment
• Dispensing spectacles and providing tailored product advice
• Booking and managing appointments efficiently
• Supporting & Supervising the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Previous optical experience would be advantageous as you may be required to work in a Supervisor capacity.
