Are you a passionate and experienced Optical Advisor looking for a new opportunity? We working with an independent optical practice seeking a dedicated and friendly Optical Advisor to join their team. If you’re looking for a role where you can make a real difference to our patients’ eye care experience, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and advice to patients on eyewear and optical health

• Conduct basic pre-examination tests and assist optometrists during eye exams

• Help patients select frames, lenses, and accessories based on their needs

• Manage appointments and maintain patient records accurately

• Offer professional advice on contact lenses and aftercare

• Ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as an Optical Advisor or in a customer service role within the optical field

• Knowledge of eyewear products, lenses, and optical services

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor

• A passion for delivering excellent patient care

• Ability to work Saturdays as part of the full-time role
