Flame Health are currently working with a thriving independent practice Based in Dorset who currently seek an IP Optometrist to join the eam.

About the Role
Looking for a Full time IP Optometrist to join the team in delivering outstanding patient care. You’ll be an integral part of the team and will help drive business forward, always looking for opportunities to improve and innovate. They are also looking for someone who shares the companies dedication to putting patients first and spending the time needed to get to the bottom of their visual needs. Ultimately, you must be an ambassador for the brand and profession within the local community. Educating others about the benefits of eye care is an ongoing challenge and one that they look forward to meeting head-on with you.

About the company

• Committed independent practice, dedicated to providing patients with high-quality care and an exceptional experience in practice.
• Provide excellent diagnostic and Therapeutic technology and run both Dry eye clinics and Vision therapy clinics in house.
• 4 consulting rooms
• Equipment includes Optomap, OCT, MPEye, IPL, Lipiview and Lilipflow as well as Valeda for the treatment of Dry AMD.
• Team of 12 to include, Optometrists, Dispensing Opticians, Optical assistants and Vision Therapists
