Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist for an established clinic in Sheffield, offering a salary of circa £40,000 depending on experience, plus car allowance and monthly bonus scheme.
This position will suit a qualified clinician seeking autonomy, strong operational support, access to modern hearing technology, and clear progression opportunities.
As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will take ownership of clinic performance and customer outcomes while delivering personalised hearing care throughout the customer journey. You will complete diagnostic assessments, recommend suitable solutions from the full product portfolio, and build lasting customer relationships.
The clinic provides structured diaries, strong administrative support, and access to hearing technology and product innovation. You will work flexibly to meet customer demand, which may include some evenings and weekends. The role also offers ongoing CPD, clinical development, and potential progression into senior, mentoring, multi-site, or regional positions.
Our client is a well-established provider in the hearingcare sector, operating modern clinics supported by the scale, stability, and investment of a larger healthcare organisation. Its focus is on enabling clinicians to deliver consistent care through appropriate technology, structured consultations, and dependable operational support.
The organisation is investing in future clinical leadership and offers benefits including 25–30 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, a discount card, pension and life assurance, flexible benefits, wellbeing support, long-service awards, and free hearing aids where required for employees.
You must hold a BSc in Audiology or an equivalent qualification and be registered with the HCPC. The role requires at least two years of post-qualification experience, strong clinical audit results, and compliance with CPD requirements.
You will need a customer-focused mindset, commercial awareness, and the confidence to recommend appropriate hearing solutions. Excellent administrative and organisational skills are also required, together with the ability to manage clinic performance, maintain high standards of care, and develop long-term customer relationships.
This role is suited to an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist who wants to combine clinical autonomy with commercial responsibility and reliable operational backing. It will appeal to someone looking for a well-supported next step, with the opportunity to develop as a senior clinician, mentor, or future regional leader.
