Job Overview

Flame Health Audiology are proud to be working with a leading and well-established hearing care provider to recruit a Hearing Aid Audiologist for a clinic-based role in Havant and Petersfield. This part-time position offers a salary of £38,000 to £40,000 pro rata, plus car allowance, bonus, and an extensive company benefits package, and would suit an HCPC registered audiologist who enjoys combining clinical precision with commercial awareness.

About the Job

You will manage your own clinics and provide comprehensive hearing assessments, fittings, and aftercare to a high professional standard. The role includes otoscopy, pure tone audiometry, impression taking, hearing aid programming, and fine-tuning in line with BSA recommendations and company protocols, alongside offering expert guidance and recommending products from a full portfolio to meet individual patient needs.

Accurate record keeping will be an important part of the position, using an electronic patient management system while maintaining compliance with regulatory, professional, and health and safety standards. You will also work toward appointment activity goals, key performance indicators, and revenue targets, while supporting the promotion of hearing care services within the clinic environment.

About the Employer

Our client is a leading and well-established hearing care provider with a clear focus on high-quality, patient-centered audiology services. The organization is known for investing in modern technology, professional development, and strong clinical governance, creating a structured setting where standards matter.

The role sits within a clinic environment that can adapt to different locations and settings, offering a practical and service-led approach to hearing care. The combination of clinical support, development focus, and commercial discipline makes it a strong option for an audiology professional looking for stability and scope.

What We Are Looking For

You must hold a BSc in Audiology or an equivalent hearing aid dispensing qualification from a recognized provider and be fully registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. A minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience is required, along with a solid understanding of audiological principles and evidence of ongoing CPD and commitment to professional development.

We are looking for someone with consistently strong clinical audit performance, the ability to achieve commercial objectives, and confidence in both written and verbal communication. Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a well-organized approach are essential, together with the professionalism to work independently and maintain high standards across every clinic.

Who This Role Suits

This role will suit an audiologist who wants to take ownership of their own clinic while working within a supportive and structured organization. It will also appeal to someone who is comfortable balancing patient care with commercial targets and who values continual learning, innovation, and high standards.
