• Salary of up to £35,000 with a potential to earn up to £47,000 with bonus 
• Full-time or part-time considered

• OCT in practice 
• 0.5 million pound turnover

Flame Health’s Optometry division have an exciting opportunity for a Dispensing Optician/manager to join an innovative, award winning and growing independent company. Our client prides themselves on delivering outstanding eye care and providing their patients with the best solutions to see the world clearly. 
 
Our client are looking for a full time Dispensing Optician/manager to join their close knit team in the South West London area. As a Dispensing Optician you will improve people's lives by providing great service to eye care clients and providing support to the clinical team in practice.  
 
Key responsibilities will include: 

• Maintaining utmost professionalism and confidentiality with respect to eye care clients. 
• Work with the clinical team and other colleagues to deliver great service to every eye care client always following values  
• Managing a mentoring of staff 
• Managing KPI’s 
• Ability to be a dispenser and work with the Optometrist to determine the best solutions for eye care clients 
• Dispense spectacles and performance spectacle collection
