We have just been instructed on a new opportunity for a Dispensing Optician Manager to work for a fantastic small group independent optician in Birmingham City Centre. This is a full-time, permanent role which requires Tuesday to Saturday working.  This independent high street opticians have a fantastic reputation for their high-quality service, friendly enthusiastic team and patient focus.

Requirements of the Qualified Dispensing Optician:

• Sales Experience and desire for long-term commitment to the store and becoming a shareholder.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Qualified Dispensing Optician ideally within a busy practice.
• The ability to dispense to all levels and good understanding of fashion
• A friendly and personable demeanour and strong personal work ethic.
• A customer focused approach to your work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
• Management, Training and Development experience
