Job Overview

Flame Health is working in partnership with a well-established, high-quality independent optical practice based in Berkshire. The practice is recognised for delivering a consistently high standard of patient care and for its investment in advanced clinical technology and premium optical products.

This opportunity would suit a qualified Dispensing Optician, although candidates with strong dispensing experience, proven commercial awareness, and a genuine interest in optical fashion will also be considered.

The Practice

The practice offers a professional, welcoming environment and operates with a multidisciplinary clinical team that includes qualified Optometrists, Contact Lens specialists, Dispensing Opticians, and Audiology professionals. The focus is on providing thorough, patient-centred eye care in a calm, appointment-led setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality dispensing advice tailored to individual patient needs
• Supporting patients with frame styling, lens options, and optical solutions
• Maintaining professional and regulatory standards at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Dispensing Optician (GOC registered) or
• Strong dispensing experience with a demonstrable track record
• Good commercial awareness and interest in premium eyewear
• Patient-focused, professional, and detail-oriented approach
