Flame Health Optometry have been instructed to recruit a fully qualified Dispensing Optician for an onsite role in Winchester. This position offers a salary of up to ÂŁ30,900 FTE, with OTE of ÂŁ32,118.60 depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme of up to 2% commission on Gross Profit Margin.

As a Dispensing Optician, you will lead the dispensing process and play a central role in the clinical care of patients from start to finish. The role focuses on delivering a personalised experience, providing tailored consultations and helping each customer choose eyewear that suits their prescription, style and budget.
You will be working closely with patients throughout their eye care journey, using your expertise to provide clear guidance and a high standard of service.
In this practice, qualified Dispensing Opticians manage the dispensing process directly, so the role carries real responsibility and allows you to make a meaningful contribution to patient satisfaction and repeat custom.
