Based onsite in the Saffron Walden area, the role offers a salary of up to £40,000 per annum and would suit a GOC-registered professional who is committed to patient care, personalised dispensing and continued career development.
As a Dispensing Optician, you will provide professional dispensing advice and recommend suitable frames and lenses according to each patient’s visual, lifestyle and budget requirements. You will take accurate measurements, ensure spectacles are fitted correctly and provide thoughtful aftercare.
The position involves building strong customer relationships, responding to queries professionally and maintaining high standards throughout the dispensing process. You will work closely with the wider optical team, contribute to the practice’s clinical and commercial objectives, and keep up to date with developments in lenses, frames and optical products.
