You will need to have a demonstrable track record of achievement coupled with strong commercial awareness, an eye for detail, a significant interest in optical fashion trends and be up to date with the latest clinical advancements and be able to do this autonomously.

As you will be responsible for providing a premium service, from a customer service perspective, it is all about the patient journey and exceeding expectations throughout.
