Flame Health Optometry have been instructed to recruit a Dispensing Optician or Optical Advisor for an independent practice in Norwich, offering £28,000–£40,000 per annum, depending on experience and agreement.

Working within a two-testing-room practice, you will support patients across a mixed NHS and private client base, including many longstanding individuals and families. The role involves optical dispensing and advising, helping patients identify suitable eyewear and ensuring they receive attentive, individual care.
You will work alongside one clinician and an established team of five, including a Dispensing Optician Manager. The practice does not operate late-night opening, and Saturday working is required each week. Bonus schemes run throughout the year, providing an additional opportunity alongside the agreed salary.
Our client is a family-run, independent optometry practice serving the Norwich community with friendly, personalised eye care. The practice supports the whole family and provides services including comprehensive eye examinations, contact lens fittings, OCT, Ortho-K and myopia management.
