We have just been instructed on a new opportunity for a Regional Dispensing Optician to work for a fantastic small group independent optician in The Central Belt of Scotland. This is a full-time, permanent role. This role is based working across their practices with some home working also.  This independent high street opticians have a fantastic reputation for their high-quality service, friendly enthusiastic team and patient focus. 

Requirements of the Qualified Dispensing Optician

• At least 3 years of experience as a Qualified Dispensing Optician ideally within a busy practice.
• The ability to dispense to all levels and good understanding of fashion
• A friendly and personable demeanour and strong personal work ethic.
• A customer focused approach to your work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
• Management, Training and Development experience vital
