Flame Health’s Optical Division is recruiting for a Dispensing Optician or experienced Optical Advisor to join a well-established independent optical group based in Essex.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly professional and patient-focused independent practice group that is committed to delivering exceptional customer care and high clinical standards across all locations. The role would suit either a qualified Dispensing Optician or an experienced Optical Advisor looking to further develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment.

The successful candidate will work across three modern practices, supporting patients with frame and lens selection, dispensing, pre-screening and delivering a high-quality patient experience throughout the customer journey. The business has invested heavily in the latest equipment and technology, creating an excellent environment for both staff development and patient care.

This opportunity offers a varied and engaging role within a close-knit and supportive team where ongoing training and development are actively encouraged. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within optics, strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service and patient care. Qualified Dispensing Opticians and experienced Optical Advisors are both encouraged to apply.
