The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert spectacle dispensing to the highest professional standards
• Supervise and support the optical team in daily practice operations
• Oversee pre-screening, patient journey, and clinic flow
• Ensure compliance with GOC and industry regulations
• Assist with staff training, mentoring, and performance development
• Support commercial targets and overall store performance
• Work collaboratively to maintain an efficient and patient-focused environment

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be a GOC-registered Dispensing Optician with strong clinical expertise and a passion for patient care, alongside an interest in leadership and team development.
