Our independent optical client is an established and successful practice, operating to the highest levels of customer care, now seeking a Clinical Lead Optometrist to join their team working across 2 practices in the Tyne & Wear area.

This is a unique opportunity offering a varied role combining 3 days of clinical work with 2 days of testing, ideal for an Optometrist looking to broaden their clinical involvement while maintaining core testing responsibilities.

The practice is highly community-focused and is looking for someone who can bring passion, clinical expertise, and a patient-first approach to support their loyal and growing patient base.

You will be working with advanced equipment including OCT, with 30-minute testing times, allowing you to deliver thorough and high-quality eye examinations. The practice also has a strong clinical focus including myopia management and contact lens work.

The environment is well-supported with a full team in place and well-run clinics. There are also plans for a full refit, offering an upgraded and modern workspace in the near future.
